Over the course of his career, he has progressed to Senior Mortgage Advisor, a role he finds particularly rewarding as it allows him to build long-lasting relationships with his clients that go beyond a single transaction.

A key highlight of Matt’s time in the property industry is the satisfaction of seeing clients achieve their homeownership dreams, with his guidance making the process seamless and successful.

Beyond his professional life, Matt enjoys playing golf and travelling with his fiancé, and he highly recommends exploring the local courses or booking a getaway. A fun fact about Matt is that he was part of a non-league football team that made it to the FA Youth Cup, defeating teams like Crawley Town and Bradford before facing Liverpool—an unforgettable experience.

Claire has an impressive 25-year career at a local high-street bank, bringing a wealth of expertise to her role. She started as a face-to-face cashier, progressed to personal finance, and eventually managed two local branches.

In her free time, Claire loves walking her dog, Humphrey and spending time with her children. Claire’s commitment to exceptional service extends from her professional achievements to creating memorable experiences for our valued customers.

Steve joined Norfolk Mortgages with a passion for helping customers navigate the often stressful journey of buying a home. His commitment to providing excellent service is evident in his attention to every detail, ensuring clients feel supported throughout the process. A key highlight of his career is passing his protection course, enabling him to help clients secure vital insurance coverage—a crucial element when purchasing a home.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time on the golf course, walking his dogs, and travelling. A fun fact about Steve is that he’s been lucky enough to win two free holidays in Dubai for playing golf, and he even appeared on Sky Sports during one of the trips.

Charley joined Norfolk Mortgages bringing her passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. Whether assisting first-time buyers, guiding clients through remortgaging, or supporting property investors, Charley finds fulfilment in making the mortgage process seamless and stress-free.

Outside of work, Charley enjoys travelling with her partner, spending quality time with family, and exploring the countryside with her dog, Moe. A fun fact about Charley is that she can speak some French, thanks to her Belgian roots.

Victoria joined Norfolk Mortgages bringing with her 8 years of experience in the property industry. She is excited to start this new chapter and help clients achieve their dream of homeownership. A highlight of Victoria’s career has been securing mortgages for clients who never thought they could afford their ideal property, making the impossible possible.

With her background in estate agency, Victoria offers a unique perspective, guiding clients seamlessly through every step of the home-buying journey, from finding the right property to getting an offer accepted.

After hours, Victoria loves socializing with friends, attending festivals, and spending quality time with her family, especially her nephew, Ronnie.

Belle is an Administrator in the Mortgage industry, bringing previous experience from banking. Known for her attention to detail, she is passionate about helping clients navigate the home-buying process smoothly.

With a background in law, criminology, and environmental studies, Belle combines problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach. She is eager to continue growing in the mortgage industry while providing outstanding service, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.

Outside of work, Belle enjoys visiting local pubs with friends and spending time with her beloved cats, Blue and Flick and her family dog, Woody.
